The Safari II features a lightweight gold-tone metal frame with a distinctive amber acetate brow insert, giving the piece a refined sport-aviator look that was popular during the late 1970s and early 1980s. The large 60mm lenses provide a bold presence and comfortable modern wearability.
This frame was produced by GEP (General Eyewear Products), a European manufacturer known for producing quality frames for boutique optical shops and private labels during the vintage era.
The frame remains unworn deadstock, now renewed with custom lenses from Second Chance Customs.
