Collector’s Condition. The frame presents beautifully and remains in excellent overall condition. Very light micro-abrasions are present on the frame and lenses when examined closely under direct lighting. There is also slight wear to the interior temple lettering. These details are cosmetic, are not visible while wearing, and do not detract from the pair’s strong overall presentation.

The CAAN is a limited-edition collaboration between Jacques Marie Mage and acclaimed menswear designer Umit Benan. The frame is handcrafted in Japan from substantial polished black acetate and features an assertive D-shaped silhouette inspired by 1960s style and the American West.

Distinctive details include JMM’s signature arrowhead front pins, custom monoblock hinges, exposed wire-core construction, and intricately engraved sterling-silver temple embellishments created specifically for the collaboration.
